[Steps to reproduce]

1. Enable High Contrast Black or High Contrast White themes on Windows.
2. Launch the Firefox Browser and hover the mouse over the Close button or above it.

[Expected result]
There should be only one set of Minimize, Maximize or Close buttons displayed with High Contrast enabled.

[Actual result]
There is a second set of buttons barely visibile behind the actual Minimize, Maximize and Close buttons when High Contrast is enabled.
