Steps to reproduce:
I've seen this happen numerous times with bookmarks that have long names. It may also require me to edit or add to the name, but I'm not certain.
The latest incident occurred with the following bookmark name:
"(CENSOR - crosses the line THREE times) r/Cursedcomments | CURSED POKEMON FACTS FEAT. CUTE DOG - YouTube"
Actual results:
The cursor appears 11 characters to the left of where I clicked in the name field.
Expected results:
I would expect the cursor to appear where I clicked.

This is still highly intermittent, but I managed to perfectly capture exactly what I did when it happened again:
I saved a bookmark of a site with a long-ish name, like at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQTa3H8U8Yk and edited in some text at the beginning of the name in the bookmark. Then, while still at the same page, I edited the bookmark again after deciding that I no longer wanted the text ("(consider) ") there. When I clicked at the end of the added text, after the space, the cursor appeared at the beginning of the bookmark's name, not where I clicked.
