User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Firefox 89 dev edition (downloaded from mozilla.org)
- Arch Linux
- Gnome 40, X11, Adwaita (default) dark theme
Since Firefox 89 and the proton UI redesign, a single tab with bold text in it's title causes the title bar to become excessively large. Opening this site reproduces it for me: https://old.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/myri6a/so_this_is_what_%F0%9D%90%92%F0%9D%90%AD%F0%9D%90%AE%F0%9D%90%9D%F0%9D%90%A2%F0%9D%90%A8_%F0%9D%90%96%F0%9D%90%A2%F0%9D%90%AD_has_been_up_to_vivy/
I'll attach a screenshot of the enlarged title bar to show the issue.
Actual results:
Title bar became excessively large after opening the mentioned link in a new tab.
Expected results:
Title bar size should not change.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Note: it's not simply bold (which wouldn't work in a title), it's unicode characters.
