Steps to reproduce:

Automatically upgraded to 89.0b1 on Mac (10.14.6) and on restart was not able to read the message actions toolbar (and the FROM/TO data).
This is for any message on any account.
Switching the Mac theme to "light" made them show up as expected.

Actual results:

Buttons are not visible (I'm attaching two files - the first is what it looked like in dark)

Expected results:

Buttons are visible as before the restart.
