Steps to Reproduce

1. go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vvvicd07zCs or any other youtube video url
2. double click inside the video frame or press the fullscreen button or use the "f" fullscreen shortcut
3. notice the fullscreen alert at the top of screen that stays for a few seconds

Expected Behavior

I'd like a fullscreen alert in fitting with the proton redesign which is less distracting

Actual Behavior

the fullscreen alert is quite outdated looking
