Certificate error dialog not shown when fetching new mails for all folders

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/88.0.4324.182 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
- configure multiple pop3 Accounts
- include them all in "fetch all" button
- one account has a ssl certificate problem
Actual results:
When pressing the "fetch all" button, only the mails from the valid account is fetched, without showing an error about the defect account.
If I select to only fetch from the defect account, then the dialog about the ssl problem is shown, and I can opt to ignore the certificate problem (trust certificate in the future), so it works for the next times again.
Expected results:
The error dialog should show also when fetching multiple accounts at once.
