Steps to reproduce:
I am sending a short text with an attachment in XML format.
Actual results:
Sending works without any problems.
Expected results:
The XML file arrives at the recipient incorrectly .

Is this still happening in TB 78.10.1? This was likely caused by bug 1689804 which was reverted:

It looks like the error no longer occurs in version TB 78.10.1.
