Steps to reproduce:

Using French version of Firefow, on a web page containing links, right-click on a link. The item "Copier le lien" shows the shortcut to be "l" (I believe it was "c" in previous versions). When you press "l", nothing happens. There is another item in the menu, "Marque page sur le lien", that shows the same shortcut "l".
Note : This is the 2nd bug in the French version that I have submited indicating a context menu shortcut not working because there are 2 items using the same shortcut letter.

Actual results:

The focus alternates between two items that have the same shortcut, and neither item is executed

Expected results:

The link should have been copied to the clipboard
