Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox
2. Access for example ThinkBroadband
3. Select a larger file to be downloaded and select save file
4. See the downloads panel and click on the file in order to allow it
5. Open the downloads panel again

Expected result

• The warning icon is not shown at all / The warning icon is persistent even if the download was canceled and restarted.

Actual result

• The warning icon is still shown and is higher than the other elements. By canceling the download and restarting it, the warning icon is no longer there.

• Will see for a regression

Additional notes

• The issue can be seen in the following attachment
• Unfortunately I couldn't verify on 89 beta as it won't detect the thinkbroadband downloads as malwares, and I couldn't find other larger examples to test on beta.

I'm very interested in knowing if this is reproducible in release Firefox. I suspect this is a pre-existing, longstanding bug.

Can you still reproduce this in the current Nightly? It might've been fixed by bug 1708278 :)

Seems that it has been fixed in 90.0a1 (2021-05-06). The warning icon won't appear anymore if the download was allowed.
