- Launch the Firefox browser.
- Open Hamburger Menu.
- Press Ctrl-Shit-Q
- Press "Esc" keyboard.
[Expected result]:
The Close Tab Modal should close.
[Actual result]:
The Hamburger menu is closed

I can reproduce. It's a little odd, but having now reproduced this, given that (a) if you use the "exit" option in the menu, it closes the menu first and this problem doesn't happen (and if you use the shortcut, you're unlikely to open the menu first), and (b) pressing [esc] cancels things, and pressing it twice isn't hard (and does work), I don't think this is high severity.
