Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Play a video on youtube.
  3. Click on Picture-In-Picture.
  4. Pause the video from PIP.
  5. Hover the mouse over the tab.

Expected result

Mute tab option shouldn't be displayed in the tab when a video is paused with using PIP.
