Steps to reproduce:

Login to url
Add items to cart
verify cart count is greater than 0
refresh the page

Actual results:

cart count reset to 0

Expected results:

cart count should not reset

This sounds more like a bug on the site, but I guess it could be a web compat issue.

I've checked a few sites with "Greenkart":

• URL: https://greenkartkerala.com/ - the "Cart" counter displays the correct number after page refresh
  https://prnt.sc/26f81p7

• URL: https://rahulshettyacademy.com/seleniumPractise/#/ - the "Cart" counter resets to 0 when performing page refresh. This behavior is encountered both on Firefox and Chrome.

• URL: https://thegreenkart.com/product/android-fast-charging-usb-cable-4-0a/ - the "Cart" counter adds the same product again when performing page refresh. This behavior is encountered both on Firefox and Chrome.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 98.0a1 (2022-01-17)
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
