Going into full screen, window titlebar and borders remain. This coses the
window to be misplaces, putting the scrollbars off screen, and mozilla is then
unusable.

Galeon full screen mode works fine.

Under icewm, the window border is there (shouldn't be) but the width is okay, I
can see the scrollbar.
