The tabbed browser does a fantastic job cleaning up the desktop - the number of
open windows is significantly reduced. This could be taken a step further by
allowing to open chatzilla and mail/news into another tab of the browser.
The advantages could be:
1) Only one Mozilla instance visible in tasklist (here: OS/2, might differ for
other OS)
2) Possibility to open URLs into new tabs
3) creation of a kind of "workspace" in conjunction with RFE 164213
4) eventually provide the possibility to cut/copy/paste other than plain text/URLs

Would that make sense? I'm thinking of this as an optional configuration.
