Jaws, is that a perf regression we should fix for 89? Thanks

The connection here to the regressing bug doesn't make sense to me. The patch there just changed some colors in the theme and should have zero effect on performance. Can we reevaluate what bug may have caused this regression?

as browsertime visual metrics compare actual videos of the browser it might catch chrome changes
