Connot create regular or numbered bullets.  This has been broken  for a number
of recent releases.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open composer
2.Write a paragraph
3.Hit return and then hit button to create bullet

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Create a bullet

I was unable to reproduce this Using OS 10.1.5 Powerbook G4 1.2b Gecko/2002092511

Can you make it work with Menu item Format/List/numbered? Works also for me.

I haven't tried this feature previously.
(not many Macintosh users reporting bugs so I thought it might be helpful to
toss in another data point - in this case not a very encouraging one, Andy)

I can't reproduce this either. Andy, if you can still reproduce this problem
with a newer build, could you provide either a testcase, or the text you are
typing? Also, as Jim asked above, does it work if you use the Insert menu? If
so, this is a composer problem, not an Editor:Core problem.

Mozilla release 2002092608 fixes this bug.
