When a test task detects an issue after tests executed (e.g. during shutdown of the test suite), 'Last test finished' is often used in places where else the test name gets mentioned. Treeherder tries to search for the text at this position and doesn't yield meaningful results (more correct: it finds too many bugs that it doesn't suggest anything).

For this reason, 'Last test finished' should be put onto the ignore list.
