Nightly, Windows 10, 125% DPI scaling in Windows

STR

  1. Open a Google Doc
  2. Right click for Context menu
  3. Hover the mouse over the menu options

Observe that the menu text "wiggles".

I'm not able to reproduce this. Are you still seeing it, gcp?

(I'm guessing this may have been a "layerizing" effect from some CSS that's applied when you hover, where layerizing caused a subtle change to our pixel-rounding/snapping behavior. Though actually, I'm not 100% sure if that's still a problem with the WebRender graphics backend.)

Don't have the exact config where this initially reproduced but at least I don't observe it on any of the current similar ones.
