"Show all bookmarks" button not accessible if lot of bookmarks

Steps to reproduce:
Click on the "burger" menu (App menu)
Click on "Library"
Click on "Bookmarks"
Actual results:
The list of "Recent bookmarks" is so big that the "Show all bookmarks" item is almost not visible (just some pixels).
Expected results:
The "Show all bookmarks" item should be at the top of the list of recent bookmarks to avoid this issue.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hello I have tried to reproduce the issue with firefox 88 on windows10 64bit adding about 55 bookmarks and could not reproduce since i stll see manage bookmarks at the bottom.
Could you answer the following questions in order to further investigate this issue.
Does this issue happen with a new profile? Here is a link on how to create a new profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles
Does this issue occur in the latest nightly version of firefox? Here is a link from where you can download it: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/
Please list the addons that you are using and the Operating system of your machine

I cannot reproduce this bug, but we have seen other reports of it, thus I'm confirming it.
Fixing Bug 985024 would pretty much resolve this one because then we would remove the option at the bottom of the menu.
