Steps to reproduce:
Create and launch a new profile
Actual results:
Min/Max/Restore buttons are missing, only a black rectangle occupies the space. the buttons appear to be blacked out but still work.
The buttons are briefly visible when resizing the window.
Occurs with and without webrender and with different themes.
Expected results:
The buttons should be visible.
