Steps to reproduce:

The Payment Request API no longer support address related things, such as requesting shipping, billing, and associated events. These are now handled by "method data" for each payment handler.

Actual results:

Gecko still has PaymentAddress and related events implemented.

Expected results:

Gecko should be updated to match:
https://github.com/w3c/payment-request/pull/955
