The Compose Menu Spec
(http://gooey/client/5.0/specs/mail/Compose/Comp_Menus.html) states that the
File/Select Addresses... menu option and the Quote Original message option
should be moved to the Message menu.

Should this bug be marked as Worksforme?

Build 2000-05-03-08M16: NT4, Linux, Mac
In a New Message/Compose window the Message menu has been changed to "Options".
Also, the File/Select Addresses... menu item and the Quote Original message menu 
item have been moved from the File menu to the Options menu. Although the Quote 
Original Message item is disabled but that will be covered in another bug.
