Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox and enable High Contrast.
2. Enter the Customize menu and drag a random item.

Expected result

• The Icon for the dragged item is displayed.

Actual result

• No Icon can be seen while the item is dragged.

Regression range

• Reproducible with Firefox 28.0a1 (2013-12-02). The builds before this date have a different Customize menu so this is not a regression.
