Steps to reproduce:
Open the Developer Tools and drag the columns to expand them.
Actual results:
The expanding of them are not smooth at all. Uses too much CPU and is not smooth.
Expected results:
To be more smooth. The Local Storage really should be smoother.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'DevTools::General' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

The inspector is still quite slow on youtube, it should be a bit smoother on other websites.
