With Firefox Nightly 90.0a1 (2021-05-07) (64-bit) on macOS.

  1. Go to https://twitter.com/mozwebcompat (no need to login)
  2. press and maintain the down arrow on the keyboard

Expected:
Soft Scrollling

Actual:
Choppy slow scrolling

Note:
Compare to the scrolling in Edge Canary (blink), slightly choppy but fast.
Safari Tech Preview performs the same way than Firefox.

Testing on mac I see a pretty similar (and equally poor) experience on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.

I remembered that Edge exists on Mac too, testing it, it seems worse than Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
