Steps to reproduce:

Hovered over the refresh icon in the url toolbar.

Actual results:

The refresh button background (on hover) is not aligned to the background of the back and forward arrow.

Expected results:

All icon background should have the same alignment / spacing.

margin-top: -2px;

Adding this element style through the external debugging dev tools or userChrome.css fixes the issue.
