Using Phoenix v0.1 (20020923): Clicking on a link that's targeted for a new window brings up a blank browser window, but doesn't load the URL. You're going to say this is a Mozilla problem, not a Phoenix problem, but I checked - the latest Mozilla nightly doesn't have this problem. There's a test case here: http://wonko.com/targettest.html
