Does it work if you start in safe mode? This page has some instructions on how to do that. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode

I'm not sure what the next steps are here to diagnose the issue. Maybe you could try reinstalling or creating a new profile and see if that fixes it. Maybe there's some stuff on the support page that will help: https://support.mozilla.org/

HI, can you try running Firefox in compatibility mode? Right-click on your > Firefox icon and select > Properties. Go to the > Compatibility tab and select > Run this program in compatibility mode
Please also attach your about:support information
Thanks!
