Repro'd locally on m-c while investigating bug 1619661
STR:
- Build m-c
MOZ_FORCE_USE_SOCKET_PROCESS=1 ./mach run
Expected:
I can load a webpage
Actual:
Error with name not found
Repro on my ubuntu 21.04 laptop

This is coming from https://sourceware.org/git/?p=glibc.git;a=commit;f=nss/nss_database.c;h=429029a73ec2dba7f808f69ec8b9e3d84e13e804 (ubuntu 21.04 is using glibc-2.33 which has this)
