When using Go|Next Unread Message when there are no more unread messages in the
folder, the currently selected message is reloaded.

1. Open messenger, open and login to IMAP inbox.
2. Select a message in a folder which has no unread messages.
Message contents load, let the process finish.
3. Go|Next Unread Message.

Actual Results: the message reloads.

Expected Results: no action (until we implement Go Next Unread across folders)

Found using 1999-10-22-08m11 commercial build on linux 6.0.
Could not reproduce on NT 4.0.
Didn't yet try mac.

Summary: [PP]Next Unread when no more in folder, reloads selection. → Next Unread when no more in folder, reloads selection.
You're too fast. I actually fixed this bug in my tree while verifying the other
bug. It happens on Windows too so I'm removing the PP.
Laurel is the fastest bug filer around!

I'm to lazy to type up new bugs. I fixed this. Other changes that came with
this checkin include the fact that hitting next message when there is no
selection now selectes the first unread message. Also, there was a bug where
hitting Next Message/Previous Message when the last/first message was selected
wouldn't find the next message. Now it does.
