I would like to be able to get a list of bugs and change the priority, target
milestone, keywords, summary and assigned_to fields independant of each other
by clicking one submit button after making all of the changes. I envision a
page similar to the current "Change Several Bugs at Once" page, but each bug
would have 5 or 6 input fields(set to the current values for those bugs).
