Details

Currently there is extra logic in browser-custom-element to track _contentPartitionedPrincipal which is only used for createAboutBlankContentViewer. This information is probably all unnecessary, and can be ripped out, due to the very limited ways in which this method can be used (i.e. to replace an initial about:blank document with another initial about:blank document). This bug is to track removing that code.
