Looks good:

I would add
Bug 1633339 and Bug 1711050 for serious performance improvements and bug fixes.
Partial backout of Bug 1161183 and showing version numbers again in the add-on manager.
Bug 1604663 for removal of the cZ language pack.
For developers: Bug 1700003 Integration fo DOMi which means no seperate extension checkouts any longer.

A couple things I'm not sure about:
Should it say "website navigation bar" instead - or along with - "link toolbar"? And in "when opening email compose", possibly "... email compose window"?

The beta is out and the website seems to be displaying ok.
