Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Firefox.
  2. Close Firefox and move your OS date 60 days ahead.
  3. Reopen Firefox with the same profile.
  4. Observe the Refresh Firefox Infobar.

Expected Results:
Being a Firefox Informational info bar, the Refresh Firefox Infobar should not have an icon.

Actual Results:
The informational icon "i" can be seen on the Refresh Infobar.
