Steps to reproduce:
It appears on Windows 10 64 bit, using 32 bit TB 78.10.1 and TB 52 too, normal and safe mode.
Move the mouse to the Menu (3 bar) button, watch the hover text,
then watch the hover text on message pane fields, and repeat these two, until the hover text of the Menu button is shortened and appears on the top left corner, instead of under the button.
Actual results:
The hover text of the Menu button is shortened and appears on the top left corner 1 time,
The menu button hover text appears on bad place, and the text changed from "Display the Thunderbird Menu" to the wrong "Display the Thunderbird Men".
On every fields and next time on the Menu button this wrong hover text appears, in the correct place.
Expected results:
Show the correct hover text according to the buttons and the fields.

Does problem reproduce when using newer version (91 for example) with Help > Troubleshoot mode?

I tested with 91.3.0, and I can't see this problem now. I'll be watching this for a while.
