I'd like us to add jsdoc validation to browser/components/places. We already have this for browser/components/search and I think it will help us keep the function comments up to date.
There's quite a few additions/changes, but I think it is worth doing at this stage.
Eventually I'd like to get a more central configuration for jsdoc + ESLint but that's currently waiting on other work.
