Steps to reproduce:

• Open any Firefox tab or window
• Scroll up/down the page or have other elements on the page that change the view, like a video.

I first though this is a problem with my GPU, but only Firefox has this problem. (also rebooted and updated GPU drivers, but no change)
I have multiple profiles (ProfileManager) and not all have this problem.
This problem was less often when I was recording my screen with OBS and was worse while I was uploading the YouTube video.
The problem also happened when switching between tabs.
"Use hardware acceleration when available" is enabled, but when disabling it nothing changes (both show same results).

Info:

• Firefox (aurora) 89.0b13 (64-bit)
• Linux (64it)
• Problem since today or in last (few) versions of Firefox.

Actual results:

The content displays, but the bottom area starts to pixelate and displays "old" content.
This restores after a little bit but is very annoying while browsing the web or watching a video.

Since v89.0b15 I don't have the problem anymore. I don't know if it is fixed or mitigated some other way.
