171165 - Error in navigating with Back button

This website allows to display homes for sale in a selected area. When the
criteria are selected in the left frame and the SEARCH button is clicked, a list
of homes for sale is displayed in the right frame.

Click on any home in the list and the details of that home are then displayed in
the same frame.

Now click the Back button. With every other browser (Netscape 4.7xx, IE,
Konqueror, Opera, you are positioned back at the list of homes for sale. 

However, with Mozilla, clicking the back button returns the user to the Home URL
(www.ottawarealestate.org).

If you then click on forward the property you were looking at is displayed in
the bottom frame - there is no left and right frame anymore.

Is this a regression?  I remember that ages ago, this frame navigation didn't
work and then it was definitely fixed.  Just recently, I have noticed the same
behaviour as reported in this bug.  It seems to me that this happens in pages
where a frame is loaded by clicking a link in another frame.

I agree.  Fixed in the last few nightlies.
