Now that https://github.com/whatwg/html/pull/6661 has landed:
- We should check if we match all the new tests and address any remaining issues (if any).
- Flip
canvas.createConicGradient.enabled. - Inform dev-platform.
- File a follow-up bug to remove the preference after one or two cycles.
Needinfo'ing Emilio, but if you want Aryan you should feel free to take this.
