Details

The password manager team wants to utilize Apple's open sourced "password-rules" data to improve the password manager experience. This will require a Kinto account named "password-rules-publisher" in order to automate the data retrieval and processing required to create review requests in Remote Settings.

This bug is effectively the same as Bug 1687813 and should be covered by the previous RRA done for the previous bug.
