171203 - Disable browser and print preview UI during printing

Current the Back/Forward/Reload buttons are no disabled wheil printing and print
preview. Also the key commands like <alt> left/right arrow work also. Which
causes problems.

When these commands commnds are issued it can completely hose the browser.

With build 2002103110 I have no back or forward buttons while in print preview,
<alt>-left arrow brings up this alert:

The document can not change while Printing or in Print Preview.

Marking WFM, please reopen and clarify with steps to reproduce if anyone disagree.

No, this needs to be reopened, as stated in my earlier comments:

1) Printing - when the progress dialog is showing you can click on the
Forward/Back button and you can also press <alt> left/right arrows which messes
everything up.

2) Print Preview - you can also press <alt> left/right arrows which messes
everything up

Still WFM, no matter how fast I try to click on the back/forward button or <alt>
left/right arrow after selecting print or preview I get the mentioned alert,
print preview and print continues without a hitch. This is on win95 however.

Ok, it's not Forward/Back buttons, but I can RIGHT CLICK on link when "Print
Preview" is active, select "Open Link in New Tab" and get tabben browsing in
"Print Preview" window. Looks REAL STRANGE and works even more bizzare... It's
with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 ...

Both WFM - FF and Suite Trunk on w2k. I don't remember the bug# that fixed it.
