Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0
Steps to reproduce:
Using firefox normally, the bottom of the screen is blocky/patchy. Moving mouse over the patches causes the screen to update. Fresh downloads of Firefox Developer Edition have the same problem, if run on the main profile. Bug disappears if run with a separate profile (even when other settings are synced).

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sync' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hi Vincent,Thank you for taking the time to log this issue but I need your help with a few more details related to this issue in order for us to reproduce it on our side, first things first:
Does this issue still occur with a fresh profile? without any addons installed ? can you please try to create a fresh profile and see if the issue still occurs ? you can find the steps here:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
Does this issue still occur if you reach about:config in the url field and then switching "gfx.webrender.force-disabled" = true and restarting the browser ?
Also can you please try our latest nightly build and if the issue still occurs there as well ? you can find it here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/.
And last but not least can you please reach "about:support", you have a button there that says "Copy Text to Clipboard" , click that and the Paste the text intro a notepad file and attach it to this bug ?
also a screen recording might help us get to the bottom of it.

Closing this issue as incomplete for now until we get more information from the reporter, hopefully with some more steps so we can try to reproduce this issue on our end.
