Mozilla, netscaape, and Opera all crash when going to http://nutrias.org or www.nutrias.org. This does NOT occur when using Internet explorer v6. This is new as a week or so ago it never crashed. When finding a link with a search engine it also crashes using the link.
This page works for me using both Netscape 7.0 and the latest trunk of Mozilla. This page contains a java applet. I've tried it with both the JRE version 1.4.0_01-ea and 1.4.0 and both work. Since this same page is crashing in Opera as well, it sounds like there may be some corruption in your JRE installation. That would explain why both Opera and Mozilla crash, but IE does not. You can try switching IE to also use your JRE installation (instead of MS java) to verify that IE crashes too... -- rick
what OS and build ID are you using btw ?
got e-mail from reporter: "I was told that Java was probably corrupt. Downloaded the latest (JRE 1.4.1) and all works fine now." Resolving as INVALID.
