OVERVIEW DESCRIPTION: Clicking (single, left mouse button) bookmarks panel's heading makes a scrollbar appear and everything in the window freezes except this scrollbar. This only happens if the window is unfocused and this is the first click in the window. TO REPRODUCE: 1. start mozilla (the sidebar must be open from the start) 2. make some other application window have focus 3. click the heading of the "Bookmarks" panel in the sidebar. VERSION & OS: Mozilla nightly build 1999-10-22-09-M11 on Windows 98 SE.
