If encounter a page that doesn't exist, and I get the lovely Phoenix error page
and then try to go to the previous site, I end up at the previous-previous site.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.google.com
2. go to http://www.yahoo.com
3. go to http://www.asdflkjfs.com
4. click the back button

Actual Results:  
I went to Google

Expected Results:  
Gone to Yahoo!

verified dupe. we don't use the error page for now. back to the alert.
