Technically there are still test suites that run with Python 2 (xpcshell and reftest namely), but..
A. They should hopefully be switched over soon
B. Mozharness almost never changes these days
C. If we break them, we'll find out by failing the reftest / xpcshell tasks
So I don't care about running these tests against Python 2 at this point.
