*** observed with 2002-09-26-08 build ***
In this build i am not able to attach any file; to repro:
- bring up a mail composition;
- click on the attach icon;
//note: no file dlg comes up;
//expected: file dlg comes up to be able to chose a file to attach

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20020926
until now only pbserved with this build
I will check a more actual build

This build is really pretty broken. :-(

I can drag a file from my desktop (windows 2K) or explorer into the attachment
box, and it attaches it and sends OK, so at least there is a workaround.

All file attachment functions seem to work in 2002093010 and 2002093015 win32
builds.

It seems that the bug disappeared
