Hello,
In the research organization where I work, I often provide support to users when they experience access problems to certain intranet webpages. Pages that need the user to have installed both a special certification authority and a personal certificate.
In the support ticket I have to ask for screenshots of the Firefox window that shows certificates, but it would be much better if they could just copy the list with a "copy certifications list" button in about:support page.
