I dunno. Likely an HTTP problem.
I get this at various sites at random times, too. There never seems to be a specific pattern to when it happens. However, after you click OK on the dialog box, the page is still loaded just fine. This bug is really annoying.
wfm in 1.2b windows. Reporter can you try a newer build?
I upgraded to Moz 1.2b and everything seems to be working fine :)

The bug still exists in 1.3b under WindowsXP Pro. It is not fixed! One site that does it is www.ticketmaster.com
