User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:78.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/78.0
Steps to reproduce:
Scrolled downwards on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1124108, with my fingers moving slightly diagonally on the trackpad
Actual results:
The page scrolled down but showed the rubberband effect horizontally as well every time I took my finger off the trackpad to keep scrolling down
Expected results:
The page should lock on vertical scrolling only until I have finished my scroll, and not show any movement on the horizontal axis (similar to Chrome etc).

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Panning and Zooming' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

This is a regression from bug 1704080 that should be fixed in the latest nightly (or perhaps tomorrow's nightly).
